SkyWatcher AZ5 Mount and Tripod
Easy to use and portable, the SkyWatcher AZ5 Mount is the mount to go for light visual astronomy and terrestrial observation. Constructed from cast aluminum, the AZ-5 Mount weighs a mere 4.9kg with its tripod but is capable of carrying up to 9kg of load capacity. The mount utilizes 96 teeth Alt & Az axes worm gear drive, two flexible slow-motion cables and a V-style Bar connection for easy mounting. The AZ5 mount also features a mount rotation angle of 360° for Azimuth and -50° to +90° for Altitude. The AZ5 mount comes fitted with an extendable aluminum tripod with accessory tray.
