SkyWatcher 80/400 AZ3 Refractor Telescope
The Skywatcher SW80 Refractor Telescope is a two-element, air-spaced, fully multicoated objective, achromatic refractor. It allows you to view detailed vistas of star fields ,clusters, nebulae, planets and other celestial bodies. It makes a fine terrestrial telescope when mounted on an Alt-Azimuth mount.
Great For Beginners
The AZ3 mount on the scope is not only easy to use but it is also easy to set up. This is because the enclosed optics are fully collimated direct from the factory it is manufactured at while the whole optical tube assembly is held firmly by tube mounting rings. All you have to do is ensure that the finderscope is properly aligned to the telescope and that it has been mounted properly onto the AZ3 mount. Then you'll be ready to embark on your stargazing journey!Light Weight And Compact
The compressed length of the telescope makes it convenient for it to be packed up and stored away while not in use or to be transported around.
Fully Multi-Coated Objective Lens
The bigger the aperture of your telescope, the more light can be gathered in order to produce a clearer image for the user. This SW80 SkyWatcher Telescope has a 80mm aperture size. A great size to start out with, you will be able to view the Moon, planets, stars and other galaxies with it. On top of that, this telescope can be used for land viewing purposes as well. When you combine the fast focal ratio found on this scope with a digital camera, you will be able to use this telescope to capture images and photographs.

Shipping costs are charged by either dead weight or cubic weight (whichever is greater).
Dead weight = The actual weight of the item. Cubic weight = L x W x H (Meters) x Cubic Conversion Rate (250).
Multiply the height x length x width = 0.35 x 0.65 x 0.4 = 0.091 m³ (Cubic Measurement)
To convert 0.091 m³ to a weight in kilograms: Multiply 0.091m3 x 250 (Cubic Conversion Rate) = 22.75 kg
